Challenge: Appointed officially by client through a series of tender process. Provided training to the trainers of Small Medium Enterprise’s (SME) consultants within national scope, which are financially and technically supported by client. Conveyed financial training modules in understanding financial statements, SME banking and credit process, as well as how to monitor credit and manage relationship with banks. The trainers and consultants came from areas in East Java, Central Java, West Java, Jakarta and Kalimantan.

 

Electronic Company

Platform: E-learning

Location: Jakarta

Learning module: Financial management

Challenge: Developed a learning management system (LMS) through interactive model of widely used open source-based system such as Moodle, Sakai and Dokeos. The use of open source system significantly reduced cost of ownership and implementations. The e-learning media enables employees perform the self-learning adapted to their available times by sitting on each own personal computer. By leveraging e-learning as one of the tools for continuous learning, client can gain optimized advantages by combining it with such other platforms as in-house learning and public learning. 

 

Financial Institutions, Telecommunication company

Platform: Public learning

Location: Bali

Learning module: Best practices in accounting.

Challenge: Rolled out learning sessions that views latest models and roles of accounting in business world as well as the applications following the generally accepted accounting principles. Accounting provides information to stakeholders to use in assessing the economic performance and condition of the business. Stakeholders use accounting reports as a primary source of information on which they base their decisions.

 

Consumer company, Mining company

Platform: Public learning

Location: Jakarta

Learning module: Strategic management and Organizational behavior

Challenge: Conducted learning sessions on how people act and react in organization. It is an interdisciplinary field to give better understanding and managing people at work. Three structures are involved, comprising of individual, group and organization. This learning session draws upon a diverse array of disciplines, including psychology, management, sociology, organization, social psychology, general system theory, economics, information technology, business ethics and human management.
